Good work for a start, but apart from IVTC (recommending deinterlacing as well, likeW3F or QTGMC - or MSU deinterlacer if not as tech-savvy) it also needs a proper comb filter (otherwise the image will still feel aliased) - plus DNR shouldn't be that strong (some people still appreciate the grain), the image should be somewhat sharper (rather than looking like "Bob Ross" acrylic mush), and color levels shouldn't be as offset (cool down with the saturation, decrease the grays and increase the whites both by a bit)! With that the picture quality would be far more preserved and pleasing (even with as lame of the quality as that DVD - whatever design flaws of both TV sets and players are accounted enough to properly present the video either way without too much hassle).
